Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026 · Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Who we are
CTS Global Logistics (Georgia), Inc., doing business as CTS Global Supply Chain Solutions ("CTS", "we"), operates ctsglobalsolutions.com. CTS is part of a logistics group with offices across the Americas, in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Chile and Peru. Our affiliated companies in these countries include companies operating as CTS International.
This policy covers the website, its quote and "Talk to an expert" forms, and its chat assistant. It explains what we collect, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do about it. When a CTS affiliate handles your request, for example the office in your country, it follows this policy too.
Questions, or any request under this policy: it@ctsglobalsolutions.com
2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the website. We do not ask you to create an account.
Quote requests. Your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and the shipment details you enter: origin and destination, cargo description, weights, dimensions, dates, trade terms, and whether the cargo is dangerous goods.
"Talk to an expert" requests. Your name, company, email address, phone number and country (both optional), the topic you choose, and your message.
Chat assistant. The questions you type into the chat window on our site, and the assistant's replies. We save each conversation for 12 months to improve the assistant and to follow up on requests you make in it. We do not store your IP address with it.
Technical information. Like any website, our servers and hosting providers receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and keep them in short-lived logs to run and protect the site.
We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information on the website. Please do not include them in a form or chat message.
3. How we use your information
- To prepare quotes, answer your questions and arrange the services you ask about
- To follow up on your request by email or phone
- To answer questions in the chat assistant, and to improve its answers
- To keep a record of requests, so we can pick up where we left off if you contact us again
- To keep the website running, secure and free of spam
- To comply with the law
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email from these forms.
We use your information because you asked us for a quote or a conversation, and because answering business enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours. Where the law of your country requires consent, sending a form or chat message gives it, and you can withdraw it at any time (section 7).
4. Who else handles your information
These providers process information on our behalf. Each sees only what its job requires.
| Type of provider | What it does | What it can see |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud productivity and storage | Stores quote and expert requests; sends them to our team by email | Everything you enter in a form |
| AI service | Answers questions in the chat assistant | Your chat messages |
| Website and application hosting | Hosts, maintains and serves the website, forms and chat assistant | Form and chat content in transit; technical information |
| Security and anti-spam services | Protect the website from attacks and check that forms are sent by people, not scripts | Your IP address, browser and device signals, and the pages you request |
| Maps (Google Maps) | Shows our office locations on the contact page | Your IP address and browser type; Google may set its own cookies |
| Font delivery | Serves the typefaces used on the site | Your IP address and browser type |
Our AI service provider does not use chat messages to train its models. It may keep them for up to 30 days to detect abuse, then deletes them.
To quote and move your cargo, we also share the details of your request with:
- CTS offices and affiliated companies, in the Americas and, where your shipment starts or ends there, in other regions including Asia
- Carriers, agents and customs brokers who price or handle the shipment
Beyond these, we share information only where the law requires it, and always the minimum necessary.
5. Where your information is handled
The website and its forms are run from the United States, and the requests you send are stored in the United States. To answer them, we share them with the CTS office best placed to help, which may be in another country of the Americas, and, where your shipment requires it, with CTS companies and partners in other regions, including Asia.
These countries may have data protection laws that differ from yours. Wherever your information is handled, we share only what is needed for your request, protect it as this policy describes, and require our providers to do the same.
6. How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Quote and expert requests | 3 years from your last request, or longer where the law requires |
| Requests that become a shipment | Kept with your shipment records, as long as the law and our contracts require |
| Chat conversations | 12 months from the last message |
| Website technical logs | Only as long as needed for security, usually no more than 90 days |
You can ask us to delete your requests sooner at any time (section 7).
7. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose, or withdraw a consent you gave
Write to it@ctsglobalsolutions.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Our privacy contact is the CTS IT Department, reachable at the same address. It handles requests for every CTS company covered by this policy.
Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, such as data portability, the right to appeal a decision we make on your request, or the right to have an authorized agent make a request for you. We honor these rights as your local law provides. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can ask us to reconsider, and you can complain to the authority where you live:

|---|---|---|
| United States | State consumer privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) | Your state attorney general; in California, also the California Privacy Protection Agency |

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
8. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Requests are stored in our cloud environment, encrypted at rest, and only CTS staff who handle quotes and customer questions can open them. No system on the internet is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
9. Cookies
The website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies of its own. Our security services may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to tell people from bots and to block attacks.
The maps on our contact page are provided by Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. If you prefer to avoid them, you can block third-party cookies in your browser; our addresses are also listed in text on the same page.
10. Children
This website is for business customers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will note it on this page before it takes effect.
